Management Packages

All packages include tenant find, rent collection, quarterly inspections, maintenance, renewals and legal compliance


Standard management rate for single let and family properties. Full service, compliantly handled

12% for the first 6 months, then 14% from month 7 onwards. Comprehensive full management throughout.

We find and place the right tenant and handle all compliance. Handover once they're in.

Single let & family property management

Includes all tenant find services, rent collection, quarterly inspections, maintenance, renewals and legal compliance

Full management — months 1 to 6

Includes all tenant find services, rent collection, quarterly inspections, maintenance, renewals and legal compliance

12% per month

Full management — month 7 onwards

Same service continues at the ongoing management rate

14% per month

Tenant find only

Marketing, viewings, referencing, Right to Rent, tenancy agreement, first rent and deposit. No ongoing management.
