What Counts As An Emergency
An emergency is anything that puts your safety at risk, or could cause serious damage if not dealt with quickly.
Fire, gas leak or suspected carbon monoxide.
Serious water leak or burst pipe causing flooding.
Complete loss of electricity, heating or water (after checking it's not a wider outage)
Being locked out of your room or property
Structural damage or anything making the property unsafe
