What Counts As An Emergency

An emergency is anything that puts your safety at risk, or could cause serious damage if not dealt with quickly.

  • Fire, gas leak or suspected carbon monoxide.

  • Serious water leak or burst pipe causing flooding.

  • Complete loss of electricity, heating or water (after checking it's not a wider outage)

  • Being locked out of your room or property

  • Structural damage or anything making the property unsafe
